Please see below email proforma for parents with embedded eConsent link for the upcoming Childhood Flu Vaccination programme, due to take place at school on 19/11/2025. Please can you forward this to your Parent/Carers of students as soon as possible.

This link can be sent to parents via text message, or email system and can also be added to school newsletters or school Facebook pages. This link is for pupils in Reception to Year 6.

Please advise us if you require leaflets in alternative languages for any EFL pupils attending your provision.
